Privacy statement

This statement explains which personal data StipGo collects through this website, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. We use these details only to answer your request and to follow up on it.

To protect the form against spam, the server briefly keeps a coded (hashed) version of your IP address. It is no longer used after one hour.

Legal basis

We process your details because you ask us to contact you (steps prior to entering into an agreement) and because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Who else receives your data

Form messages are delivered to our mailbox by the email service Resend. Resend only processes the message to deliver it. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your message as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than two years unless we start working together.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

Your rights

You may ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Send your request to Sales@StipGo.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
